At Wild Burrow Earthworks, every product is made to order specifically for you. This helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable production process. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re committed to making things right if there’s an issue.
Returns
Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Ordering the wrong size, color, or style
Buyer’s remorse
Accidental orders
Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the printing process
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take several business days to appear after processing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.
If you need to modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it, and we will do our best to assist.

Wild Burrow Earthworks is a Florida conservation brand based in North Central Florida, combining Florida native plants, outdoor apparel, and wildlife storytelling to inspire habitat restoration and a deeper connection with the natural world.
Also known as WBEarthworks, WB Earthworks, W.B. Earthworks, and Wild Burrow, the brand was founded by Nicholas Conzone (Nick Conzone), a Florida wildlife photojournalist. Visit the Wild Burrow Plant Nursery near the Ocala National Forest to shop Florida native plants and help build wildlife habitat—one plant at a time.
